Cybaz provides cybersecurity services including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security consultations. Service inclusions and prices are listed on our website and may change without notice (Australian Consumer Law, 2010).

2. payments

payment is due in full upon completion of services unless agreed otherwise
invoices are issued via email
failure to pay may result in suspension of further services

3. cancellations and refunds

if you cancel within 24 hours of a booked service, a 50% cancellation fee may apply
no refunds are provided for services already completed
if Cybaz is unable to complete a service, a full refund will be provided

4. liability disclaimer

Cybaz takes reasonable care to provide accurate findings and recommendations. However, we do not guarantee that our services will identify all vulnerabilities or prevent all cyber incidents. Cybaz is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services or reports

5. confidentiality

All information shared by clients is kept confidential. Reports are provided only to the client unless written consent is given to share with third parties.
